Solo with some influences of Steve Vai. Contains techniques as Alternate picking, Vibrato, Slides and Palm muting.

Vai breaks the rules and shows us new playing possibilities. I composed this lesson using E pentatonic minor scale and E mixolidian scale, and I recorded it using a wah-wah effect.

In this lesson lesson we will approach Steve's pattented tones and techniques by analysing "Vai slides", whammy-bar tricks, lydian mode and plain shred! The backing tracks should allow you to start practicing these techniques slowly - and gradually work your way to the top!
